    OMG!!! You should have seen her face!

    We do a family gift swap every year at Christmas. This year, we decided to buy one of these gag boxes, and it was the hit of the party! I even took it to work and several co-workers bought one for their own family parties. My sister-in-law looked over the box carefully but did not open it. I was like a 5-year old trying to hold in a secret when I just burst out laughing and told her to look inside.Whatever this item costs, it’s definitely WORTH IT!!! If it’s better than the gift inside, then that makes it even better!!! Too much fun!

    Hilarious

    I didn’t read it fully, I thought it really was the fake rock inside! Lol I was so confused when I received just the box in the mail. My sister’s “secret Santa” gift inside of the box.. she was low key disappointed it wasn’t the fake rock inside! The whole family definitely had a laugh at that one.

    DON’T BE PRANKED

    Any proper human being alive is enslaved by the arduous process of cleaning. Several years of or lives are spent scrubbing, washing, and sweeping the same surfaces over and over, but they just keep getting dirty. I needed to alleviate some of this repetitive labor from my life, thus, I embarked upon a quest to find the ultimate cleaning utensil. Clicking and scrolling, I scavenged information from an abundance of websites and online retail stores. The majority of sources insisted that I invest in a $1,400 Roomba vacuum, a robotic drudge that one can summon to spruce up a dirty floor. However, as a broke college student, this was outside the realm of possibility. So I pressed onward, searching and scanning with haste, until I found exactly what I had been looking for. An animal-powered debris removal system, known as Pet Sweep™. Pictured on the box were several happy dogs, sporting a variety of colored dusters on all four limbs. The box proclaimed “One size fits most paws.” Most importantly, it was on sale, boasting a measly price tag of $7.99. If anything plagued my life the most, it was sweeping up dog hair. I envisioned my dog, aimlessly wandering our abode, cleaning the floor as he does so. The golden mutt that resides in my house sheds relentlessly whilst eating and drinking food that I have to provide. It was now time for him to make a fair contribution and clean up after himself. My gut insisted that this is the product I was destined to own, so I slammed the buy-with-one-click-button and moved on with my life, foolishly neglecting to read the fine print. Two days later, the door bell rang and a scrawny man fled from my doorstep. With great excitement and anticipation, I opened the door to find a package, roughly the size of your average shoebox. I picked it up, but it was far too light. The box felt empty. “This can’t be,” I thought to myself. I removed the outside packaging and opened my Pet Sweep™ box, only to be greeted by bold font that stated I had been pranked. As fate would have it, Pet Sweep™is not a legitimate product. It is a fake gift box, designed solely for entertainment purposes. Even though it wasn’t what I was expecting, I will at least say that this is a well thought out prank. The box even mentions other phony products like Pet Shovel™ and Pet Dustpan™. Alas, I am thoroughly disappointed. Even in the context of a prank, this would be much more funny had it included the real dusters. Hence, I will be leaving a 3 star review, for effort, and continue sweeping my floor with a broom and old fashioned elbow grease.

    Everyone was Fooled!

    When I saw this prank gift box, I just had to get it, because I love pranks and it was all worth it in the end! I took it to a white elephant gift exchange and had it all wrapped and ready for the event. Then, when I saw someone pick it up and unwrap it during the event, I got excited and I knew that they were about to be fooled! And they really did think that it was a collar that could make their dog talk! They immediately tried to open it and wanted to see if it will make their dog talk! But once they opened it and saw that it was just a amazon gift card and candy, they thought it was funny. So it was a great gift and I would definitely buy it again!

    Hilarious idea and great graphics on the box

    Hilarious idea! The great graphics on the box really do make it seem real and ridiculously funny.. What is unfortunate is that for the price, the cardboard used to make them is very very flimsy. It would be nice for the price, to be able to reuse these boxes. I am pretty sure, however, that when the receiver of the gift opens the box, it will easily tear making it unusable in the future. I did buy multiples just to see friends and family react, but I don’t think I will again.

    Fun but not too sturdy

    Fun prank box. I ended up getting 4 different ones to use for Christmas. I did get a few laughs. The only problem I had was putting them together; they aren’t very thick or sturdy and I found it difficult to fill with items since they will slide around inside.

    The reactions are priceless

    It’s amazing how many reviews there are from people who are either too lazy to read the descriptions or too intellectually deficient to comprehend what the descriptions mean. This is merely a box. The printing on the sides of the box are just as shown, but it arrives flat and must be folded into a box, into which one puts something else to be given as a gift. That is the point, the gift recipient will see the printing on the box upon unwrapping (if the gift giver wrapped the box in wrapping paper – which is not included) and may be shocked by the outrageous description of what is expected to be inside. They will then be further surprised to find an altogether different item inside. That is the point. It is a prank; a simple gag. The reactions of the recipient are priceless. Those present when the box is unwrapped (again only if the giver had wrapped it) and upon opening the box will themselves will receive a priceless gift of utter amusement.There may however, be genuine disappointment when it is found that the box does not actually contain what is shown on the outside of the box. Such was the case with this box which displays “Pet Sweepers”. The recipient actually thought that there would be such a thing contained within and looked forward to trying it. Though they actually liked the gift that was placed inside very much, they were disappointed a bit that it was not actually little dust mops for a pet’s paws.

    MY BIGGEST REGRET…was not recording the moment! LOL

    These things are great and will have EVERYONE laughing! KEEP IT A SECRET…so everyones confused and get the best reactions! My mother recently got a new dog that she spoils and is always lounging on the couch with….so I got her the pet butler! She thought it was so corny and a bad idea…but tried to keep that smile on! FINALLY she opened it to reveal the real gift and the truth flowed! She thought it (Pet Butler box) was a terrible gift…but didnt wanna “hurt my feelings”! LOL All our guests were rolling!I suggest taping one end so they can only open up the box from one side, that way they see the gift just when/how you want to in the box. A tissue paper or two after opening the box will prolong the fun another second or two!

    Great gag, get ’em every time

    I’ve ordered a few of these ‘fake boxes’ over the years for Christmas and it get’s them every time. There are a lot of jokes scattered around the box that make for even more laughs even after the ‘cat is out of the bag’ so to speak. The box itself is of descent quality, but not especially rigid. If you are putting something small in the box, you will likely have to pad it with something (bubblewrap?), otherwise it will bow in.

    Stun your friends and family!

    We put a toy in one of the boxes that had some sort of fire pit for our 20 month old grandson. When my daughter and her husband opened it with my grandson, they just kind of read the box….horror crossed their faces…but they opened it up to see an age appropriate fire truck. Everyone got a great laugh from it! It was priceless to see their faces, thinking their parents had lost they minds to give a child this “dangerous “ gift. I never would have done that if my grandson was older and able to think something like that was in the box….but as his parents were really opening his presents with him, it was a great way to make everyone laugh! Loved the boxes….we have more and will use them again when the time is appropriate for someone else.

    Never thought my kid would love the box more than the gift!

    My super sarcastic 13-year-old was so confused when he unwrapped his last “gift” but once he realized what was happening, it’s safe to say it was a hit. He even loved it so much that he now has it on display in his room.

    The hardest part was containing my laughter before they even tore the gift wrap off

    The real fun is their expression once the wrapping paper comes off and that look that says “Huh???” . I got a smart watch as a present for my best bud’s birthday and decided I wanted to get a Prank Box cover for it and went onto Amazon and found the “Pet Butler” box (he has a dog) and he opened the present in front of his wife and they both had this deer in the headlights look for a good 10 seconds. I asked “you like you like? I think it’s great cause now you can have the dog serve us apertifs and I was snickering like a fool, until my friend finally opened the box flap and saw it was a joke.These boxes are so well done and the graphics make it appear that it is the item inside the box they are getting until the recipient knows enough to open the side flap for the reveal. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a creative way to give a good friend/relative/family member a gift they wont soon forget!

    Clever but very poorly made.

    It’s a clever idea to have a gag gift box, but this is so flimsy and cheaply made that it didn’t even make it to my door undamaged. (Being shipped in a bubble envelope didn’t help.) It arrived bent and creased, and it’s so flimsy that it can barely holds up when put together. Skip it. Not worth the price.

    It gets laughs, but I wish these were more durable!

    Here’s the good news: these Prank Pack boxes are practically guaranteed to get some laughs. They’re hilariously absurd.The bad news is that these aren’t very sturdy. I was expecting something as thick and durable as a cardboard box (or similar).Unfortunately, they’re just made of a glossy, thick card stock—and it’s easy to bend and tear them.Be mindful that the size of this will limit what you hide inside. The box is only 3.25” deep. Furthermore, they don’t really have a way to stay firmly closed/sealed, so be cautious with hiding heavy items inside.Out of the few prank pack boxes that I purchased, the “Roto Wipe” has received the best response. People were legitimately crying with laughter, so I’d recommend that one the most! That version gets a pass on its shortcomings because of how outrageous it is.

    Fun – But I got pranked!

    I was fooled when I ordered this item – I thought I was truly getting Pet Sweep Slippers for a dog! Lol! But I used it for a “pet gift” for my children’s dog and they got pranked too! The box is a little bit flimsy so I am not sure how many re-uses it will get (my children have the box now, but I doubt I will get it back since I know the trick already). And it is a little bit expensive but considering the quality of the print on the box, I am not terribly disappointed. All in all, it was fun to give and I think it was fun for them to get as well.

    The surprising power of human asumption…

    Wow. So I bought three of these on Christmas – two for my sister (one being the pet sweeper one) and one for my mother (household chores video game) at Christmas. There was one really disappointing thing about them – they are all the same box size, which is not particularly large. I thought for sure that would be a dead give-away that this was not a real thing. But at least with this Pet Petter it is so mean against pets (Never touch your pets again!) that my sister read it and promptly put it to the side without opening the box. And then she opened the pet sweeper one and again was so disappointed she didn’t open it. Then my mother got her “household chores” and actually talked about trying it out tomorrow. Hilarious. For me, at least. I was astounded that they wouldn’t notice the same box size, the ridiculous size requirements of the Pet Petter reaching a horse, or in the case of the pet sweeper one that the dog was wearing shovels that they clearly wouldn’t fit in the box. None the less, everybody accepted the boxes for what they seemed to be, and quite frankly I was so amazed at the power of human assumption that I really didn’t know what to do when everyone thought the boxes contained real products. Except laugh. A lot. And then at the end of the night laugh some more as everybody learned what was inside. Truly hilarious, to me, at least.

    I couldn’t stop laughing, my teenage kids thought it was hilarious. My son (gift receiver) was so sad when he realized there was no pet butler inside. He was so excited to try it with his cat lmao. Its hard to please teenagers with gifts at times. This ensures that even if they find cringe in the gift, they’ll get a laugh at the box!

    HILARIOUS

    We have an extremely energetic cat who loves to get into things he shouldn’t. I kept hinting in the months leading up to Christmas 2021 that I had gotten something for Christmas that would help us to tire him out… the silence after opening the gift was hilarious, and everyone laughed when they saw a normal present inside the box! 10/10 recommend for a harmless prank!

    Pet paws have made America great again!!!!!!!

    The day I beat cancer and my two twins were born was the best day of my life, not anymore, thanks to the Pet sweep my entire life has changed!!!!!! My dog recently lost his job as the spokes person of the “Purina” dog brand, his job was outsourced to a cat that wears a dog costume in the Jinming Provence of China. Needless to say my dog was heartbroken. He would just lay on top of his dog house looking into the blue sky contemplating the paradox of his life. That all changed once I ordered this product. When he opened this product he immediately fell in love with the paws. Within a week he was cleaning all the houses on my street, within two weeks he was cleaning all the houses in our county. He has now begun to recruit other dogs around the neighborhood to work for him. He pays them in milkbones. So he keeps 99.9% of the profits. Needless to say, I no longer have to work at the local subway, and I have since become his official accountant. I sit at home all day and roll around in the money he makes. This product has truly changed my life.

    So great for a prank

    I have used many of these and this particular one was a hit over all the others. I put some wine and chocolates in it for a live auction fundraiser but did not wrap the box. The box is done so well that many people actually thought they were getting a hot tub for squirrels and the lady that got the box in the end was disappointed when she opened it and it was not a hot tub. So if you want to really prank some people, this once is believable.

    This is a fun “gift”

    This box is about the thickness of your typical shirt gift box. High quality printing. Each side is filled with detailed information to make it look real. Gave it to someone who likes squirrels and he had a good time reading each side of the box. I filled it with several fun Christmas gifts and it was a big hit.

    Used this for a White Elephant gift exchange. Everyone loved it. Much more so than the actual gift. Some were disappointed it wasn’t real, smh. Would definitely purchase again. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the box is flimsy, as in handle with care – it will tear easily.

    A Must Get

    I order one of these boxes (all different, there are so many), every time I give someone a gift whom I haven’t given a prank box to. It is so funny. A majority of the time the prank box shows such an oddity gift that the person is questioning the gift for five or so minutes BEFORE they open the box and realize it was a prank. My husband is a computer freak so I got him the one with several arm remotes, my daughter is an animal lover, so she received this one, the “Petpetter.” They are hysterical and tell all about the product on every side of the box with a small area for advertising of other boxes of products they suggest you try. Those too, all hysterical. My brother has an earwax problem, so obviously, he got the “Earwax Candle” which states he can make earwax candles all year with his own earwax. YUCK! They are a riot and you will love these. STRONGLY recommend.

    Funny gag but could be cheaper

    So I have a long tradition of playing a trick or giving a gag gift to my uncle for Christmas. Going on 15 years now and I was starting to worry I was going run out of ideas. And then I found this. The concept is awesome the printing is great but for the money I would of expected a more sturdy box. It worked out fine but the cardboard is thin and flimsy. Think cerial box!

    Just Get it and gift it!

    My husband hates picking our Great Dane’s poop when we are on a walk. Don’t get me wrong he DOES pick after our dog while gaging and disgusted. So for his birthday I got this and was hinting him that his present was dog/poop related.I suck at giving gifts so this made it more believable.For the first time I decided to go all abord and got him a Mavic Air 2 drone. (It doesn’t fit on this box) but I knew that from the measurement provided.I couldn’t believe my husband was Soo excited and laughed out loud when he got the hide-a-poop gift!! He thought it was genius and was looking forward to use it.Well he loves his drone very much but was hoping the poop cover was real too 😂

    Funny packaging, re-gifting potential; endless.

    Bought this box to wrap my sisters Christmas presents. She read the front of the package and assumed it was a real product and was trying to think up ways to actually use it. I had to tell her to open the box for her real presents.If you read the text on the box, you will start to get the feeling somethings not right. But my sister never got that far, haha.The box is well made, and the graphics and text are hilarious. Their are tons of different boxes that 30 Watt offers, so you are sure to find something relevant to the prankee. The other cool thing is that this box is endlessly re-giftable. As long as it doesn’t get damaged in the unwrapping, the giftee can pass it on to the next target.The product loses one star for being a bit pricey for a gag gift intended to be a gift wrap box. Then again, if you still decide to buy it, the price wasn’t a deterrent. Never the less, if they were cheaper i would buy more just for the added fun when giving gifts.Overall 4/5, a nice little touch to add to gift giving. Cheaper price and i would buy more of them.

    I’m a naughty Secret Santa

    I got my boss so good with this box. We had a $15 limit, half of which I spent on this. I put a few food items and some play mice for his cat inside and stuffed it well.Unfortunately I wasn’t in the room when he opened it, but he told me all about it afterward. I left it in his office 2 days before Christmas.At that point nearly everyone else in the office had received their gifts. There was so much build-up because a coworker got 3 gifts. He thought his name had been left out of the hat and had been moping for more than a week about how his secret santa sucked. (I had pretended that I was that guys secret santa)He said that at first he was like “WTF. Why would someone buy something like this for anyone.” Then after looking at it some more he was disappointed that the PetPetter wasn’t actually inside!I have never April Fooled anyone. This was my first real gag gift. I was extremely pleased with myself. I couldn’t have anticipated all of the childish grumbling about his present, which made everything so much better. I was beside myself when hearing all of his expletives from coworkers. I really hope he gets a chance to re-gift this box and fool someone else.

    Who’s foolin’ who?

    I got my wife a really nice present. I put the present in this box. She flipped out, told me to go to hell and that she hates the dog. It’s all my fault that I brought home a dog that sheds so much and maybe I should start cleaning up around the house. I said it’s a joke. She said it is a $#@$@@ joke just like our $#@#$# marriage. I said just open it. She threw it in the fireplace. The box really does burn well. So did the antique pearls inside. I’m not sure if the thickness of the box really came into play in this particular situation, but I can say that it will likely fool whomever you give it to.

    Funny box!

    I put my bf’s Christmas gifts in this box and I’m pretty sure he likes the box more than the gifts inside. He wishes it was a real item lmao.

    Great Gag Gift

    Everything on this box shouts that it’s real. Up until the open the flaps and it tells ya it’s a joke. I can’t wait to watch my mom open it with the story I have planned to go with it 😉

    Worth it!

    This box was used for wrapping up some Christmas gifts. My mom always has problems with the neighborhood dogs & while we all had a great laugh with this box, she was almost sad that it wasn’t a real product!The ads and other product info is not only amusing, but comically realistic. It’s a great gift box for those who love giving the gift of laughter!

    Hilarious and realistic

    Looks like a legit product box; they really put some thought into it with photos and extra description all sides of the box. Used it to package several small wrapped gifts for a friend’s birthday. She’s a dog walker, so she of all people would recognize the stupidity of a product for ‘hiding” dog poop. The box looks so real that instead of reacting all cringy, she laughed a lot, thinking it was a real, but gag, gift. She especially got a kick out of the ridiculous details written on the back of the box, such as “Stop scooping and start living!” Total success.
