    Pretty good value, but bad endcap design

    The light tubes cracked on the end, and the end caps won’t stay on now. This happened to both immediately during the first 5 minutes of our first duel. Good product for the price otherwise.

    These are fantastic especially for the price!

    *Edit* I need to drop this a single star as the batteries just are not lasting long enough for a decent amount of play before there is a noticeable battery deficiency problem. Once the battery starts lowering the colors start “bleeding” together. (Purple appears red, white appears orange, blue is faded, red is muddy). The q&a section of this item tell a different story. It’s possible my sabers are defective? I plan on running a volt meter through as soon as I have time.I normally don’t write reviews but I know there are a lot of sketchy lightsabers out there and these aren’t that. Also, I’m writing this review after letting my kids play with them for a few hours, with that being said. These are fantastic durable sabers. Definitely kid size so don’t expect to get these for adult use. But they sound great and the light is vivid and strong.The only thing I was a little bummed about is the fact they always turn on to blue and there doesn’t seem to be a way to ignite to a color profile, but I’m not going to dock stars for that as there was no description saying that would be a thing. Would highly recommend for kids wanting to have cool replica style sabers.

    Battle ready and the blade is warrantied for life.

    This thing is awesome! Wear eye protection. My kid almost poked my eye out. The blade can take some serious hits. It’s really battle ready. Great for slashing. The blade and lights react quite well to make blaster deflects and saber fights easy and cool. I’d give it five stars for the product overall, and four stars for the switch configuration. It’s a quick press on, but it’s a long press off (3 seconds). There’s some other features, but I’ll let you explore those and save the switch ideas for the company if they ever reach out.There are two sabers per box, so they can be dual wielded, wielded individually, shared, or used with the adapter to make a saber bo staff. Each saber has its own power button and charges with usb-c.The blade colors are awesome. There are no shifting color patterns in the controls. There are twelve options.It’s really cool, and a great gift for ages 10+. Supervision recommended (especially for grownups). Seriously though, wear eye protection.

    Bought on sale

    Bought on sale for 45% off or so if I remember correctly. Slick look and the color changes are great, the strobe setting can be a little disorienting so be aware if you have a problem with flashing lights or have a child with problems associated with flashing lights. My only complaint is the moving saber sound. It repeats endlessly while the saber is on, I would think for the full sticker price this would include some kind of motion responsive noise, but no. I’d say buy it if it’s on sale. We will be putting it as a decoration in our sons nursery and I have to admit my husband is obsessed with playing with this all things considered. He finds much joy with it.

    Customer Service is Amazing

    Update: Their customer service is amazing, after writing this review they reached out to me to make things right. I got a new Lightsaber for my Step Son, and he loves it, the new version they are selling is definitely a step up from the last one. I will still suggest no play fighting, but the quality is much better. I would suggest this to any Cosplayer or older child.Original Post: My StepSon is 13, and medium rough on his toys. This lightsaber fell apart on the first day. The plastic wands came out of the hilt with very little pulling. You could see the glue marks on the wand, showing it should have stayed in place. The hilt still worked, however it was very easy to take apart, in areas that should only be taken apart to change the battery, this resulted in pieces falling out and not going back in properly. We purchased thru Amazon, so the return process was easy. We were happy with the look and feel of the lightsaber, until it broke.

    Check package carefully

    Ordered a two pack and only got one. Unfortunately it was delivered to grandma’s house as it was a Christmas gift for my son and she didn’t open it until just before Christmas. Was given a refund but that doesn’t help my son as now he doesn’t have the one thing he asked for under the tree from Santa.

    Wrong part sent

    The connector will not connect both sides, I watch an unboxing ( screenshot the piece I should have vs the picture of what I got )and the connector is definitely not right. I would like the connector, otherwise a great product and daughter loves it! But disappointing.

    Awesome Toy, Collectable, Keepsake, LIGHT SABER ! ! !

    So I bought this item on sale for $35, they are regularly $50, I figured I couldn’t lose at $35, if its not so great, then it wasn’t much money spent, if the kids break it, its not the end of the world. I bought one for my 7 year old & one for my 9 year old, who are very much into Star Wars right now, they were for Xmas. I received them in the mail and immediately brought them behind closed doors to inspect them with my wife, to my surprise these things are frickin’ sweet, the build is solid, they materials are sturdy and the item is built with quality, the color selections and sounds are plenty enough to keep the novice Star Wars fan busy and entertained and then to our surprise we accidentally found out that if you triple press the power button the light inside flashes / flicker rapidly creating and effect like Kylo Ren’s saber in the newer movies, which is really cool and it has a sound that goes with that effect too. Anyways, to make a long story short (I could go on all day about these), my wife & I both thought they were so neat that we bought a 3rd one for my 15 year old, thinking of it more as a keepsake than a toy (you know how teenagers are, he doesn’t play with toys. . . ), he loved it, played with his little bothers a few times and he keeps it in his room as a decoration. If you find it on sale that’s awesome, had I known how I would have felt about these, I wouldn’t have even questioned the regular $50 price tag, great buy! I couldn’t recommend enough.

    It’s a pretty good light saver for its price

    Good light saver for its price it’s $60 for two so it’s like $30 each so for a cheap light saver it’s pretty good there’s worse light savers out there that’s more expensive than this. It’s great for cosplay and bring to conventions. Now if you’re looking for a realistic, good quality light saver, I will be honest this is not for it if you’re looking for a collectors item, but it will be good to a beginner light saber collection. But you’re basically getting what you’re paying for it does make noise. Now if you think it’s broken like what I did when I first got it dig through the box you’ll find a tiny little piece of paper that has instructions on it. Because when was flashing weird and wasn’t making noise and the other one was making noise so I thought one was broken I just realized that you gotta hit the buttons in a certain way. So if you get it and you think it’s broken, it’s not just try to find it instructions in it and if you can’t then search it up online.

    They don’t last very long

    I gave these to my son for Christmas. They were cool for a few minutes. After only a little while of playing with them, one of the blades began flickering and sometimes wouldn’t turn on at all. The other one has sound problems – sometimes it won’t make any sound, other times it makes an annoying static sound instead of the normal humming sound. Obviously the build quality is poor. I would not recommend these as a gift since they only last a few minutes.UPDATE – the seller contacted me and offered to send a replacement. My son has played with the new ones for two weeks and so far they continue to work well. The first set must have been duds. Changed from 2 to 4 stars because of the good customer service.

    Best Affordable lightsabers to buy!!

    So my son is 14 years old and he has been wanting a good quality lightsaber for a long time now but we could not find any that seemed to be good quality, durable and affordable! These lightsabers match all of those specifications. There are plenty of colors to choose from a mode where it flashes, a mode where it is completely silent it is the ultimate lightsaber product. Affordability you get two lightsabers for the price of one quality saber on other websites!! My son has been practicing lots of tricks and techniques with his lightsabers now and they have fallen out of his hands on solid concrete and they have been barely scratched!! Quick story: we got our lightsabers and one of the buttons was broken and we had gotten them on cyber monday for half off so we sent the lightsabers back for FREE and got new ones back shortly later. Overall these lightsabers are a must have for all ages for fighting for costumes and for everything a lightsaber would be used for 10/10!!! WOULD RECOMEND!!!

    Yoda sized lightsabers

    These lightsabers are small. I got them as a gift for my nieces and they ended up being the right size for those little girls. As an adult I would never buy these for myself or any teenagers.The multi colors and ease of use is awesome. Switching colors is a great feature and this outclassed my much more expensive lightsabers that are monocolor.The sound when turned on but not doing anything is loud. If you use these outside it is less noticeable but if you plan to play inside I find them to be annoyingly loud.It is also very cool that the sabers combine to form a double bladed lightsaber. However, the sound from each saber is not in unison. I tried timing the ignition of both but was unable to get them in sync. Because the sound comes out the bottom, which is now connected, there is a kind of out of sync reverb that made them unusable in this configuration for me.The build of the hilt is good. I don’t have any fears about damaging them. The blades however give me some concern. So far they have stood up to light battles but we are careful not to hit them too hard. The blades have a metal connector that screws onto the hilt so finding replacments could be difficult. Maybe it is unfair to compare them to dueling sabers I spent much more on, but these don’t feel much sturdier than the telescoping plastic sabers I own. As I would only recommend these for young kids I would like them to be a bit more durable.These feel like a good middle ground saber for younger jedi so they can have something better than cheap plastic lightsabers without having to spend the several hundred dollars for a high end saber from one of the specialty shops. Overall we are enjoying fighting the Darkside with these sabers.

    Highlights then a Rant

    …. very thin an very very light ….. sound is questionable …. staff connection is awesome ….. over all well put together ….. battery life last a long while ….. great for kidsalrighty now ill rant a bit …. got these for my self as ”Dueling sabers” thinking they would be some what close to a ultra sabers ( for those who know ) an its honestly SO MUCH THINNER then that …. its all put together pretty well but i wouldnt trust it as much for ” heavy dueling ” ….. if your putting on padding or gloves to spar then its prolly to much for these if your just messing about with the kids or you a light fencing with a buddy or swinging it around in your living room being nerdy and awesome then its pretty dope the fact theses two that can staff with a very solid double male connector AND can change colors AND is recharge able AND has sound AND has flash on clash ….. ive seen other saber dealers charge up wards of 300$ for just the basic options to get those things added in ….. THAT SAID they are pretty much 30$ each an your gonna get what you pay for … colors are a little dim unless low light or darker …. sound is noticeably louder in one vs its companion …. the color orange is more of a dark yellow an purples an pinks are kinda dim but this is true for any saber because of using dif colored LED’s mixed in the blade …..

    What an amazing Product!!!!!!!!!!!

    I was looking for something Star Wars for my son’s Birthday, and I saw the JvmuSaber Lightsaber on amazon.My son is 12y old, and he loves Light Sabers. I purchased the JvmuSaber Lightsaber, and boy was that a good choice.My son loves the JvmuSaber Lightsaber. The quality of the Saber is impressive, the black handle is heavy and sturdy, and it gives an incredible illusion when playing in the dark. The light Saber is longer than others available online, and the light quality is extraordinarily bright and consistent. It comes with a handle adapter that you can screw into the bottom of the handle and connect both Sabers. It is very easy to change sound and colors. The dual charger cable that comes with it makes charging more practical. The speakers are loud, and the sound quality is clear, especially when simulating a fight. The price is much better than the other ones available, and overall I would rate the JvmuSaber Lightsaber 5 out of 5 stars. My other son, who is 6y old, also plays with the Saber and loves it too. I am super happy with the purchase, and I rate this product 5 out of 5 all day! I highly recommend this product.

    Almost great

    I haven’t reached out to them yet, if they make good I’ll update my review.They are great for the price, very durable. But one of the caps popped off and fell in the snow after ten mins of use. Might consider glueing them in or taping them up before duelingBought for my son (5) and I to be able to fight. He loves them. The colors are great, and they light up on hit.They are cheaper, so the hot effects sometimes don’t register, and bare bones features.It’s exactly what I thought it would be, a cheap lightsaber we can beat up and not cry about when they break.

    This is my 2nd batch

    Loved the 2 pairs we got so much that we got another pair. Colors are bright, sounds are good, durability is awesome. Only trick I would pass on is super glue the little rounded end caps on. Sometimes those will come off in epic, rougher play battles.

    A good quality light saber was on top of my sons wish list and he really loves these. He has had a blast with these, but unfortunately one stopped working.     Amazing but

    They are amazing but I would suggest not taking them apart because it’s difficult to get the board set up back into the hit because there’s no chasey they are very light though and easy to store and the lights are very bright and they have vibrant colors although I would prefer a button guide on what does what and maybe some sound fonts

    Nice toy and swordsmanship practice

    Simple. Easy to use. Really built for kids but that’s fine. Love the fact I can attach the 2 sabers together and use it like a staff or double blade. Colour variety goodNot very bright but enough to look good in a darkened room. I a lit room it is vibrant enough to not spoil the fun. Sounds are a bit low on volume. Maybe I need to go through the controls some more. Overall a good buy especially if you are now tiptoeing into collecting lightsabers. Good first purchase

    Great Sabers, Maintainence Required

    I bought these not long ago. They’re really great. I bought a couple others from different sellers, and they weren’t as good. Roughly the same price all around. The only thing I’ve noticed so far, is after using them too much, I’ve lost a couple screws, and a couple more needed to be re seated. I should’ve paid more attention, as the Lord warned me. But I didn’t.I also noticed a crack in one of them today. The blade is completely usable still. No issue. But it’s something to keep an eye on.I rate them a 5 because I should have kept aware of the maintenance, myself, and they are really SO fun. My kids and I love them.

    Too flashy

    You can turn them to solid or strobe, but even when set to solid, it flashes at the slightest touch. Swinging it makes it flash. Gave me a headache and stressed out my sweetheart. We ended to trading them to some friends for beer, food, and cheap jewelry.

    Star Wars Fanatics

    100% recommend this for any Star Wars fan. Young or old. Great value for the price. Rechargable means no need to waste money on batteries. These light sabers can be individual or snapped together to make one huge light saber stick which happens to be over 6′ tall! And they have different color settings and with or without sound option which is freaking great because we all know what happens to toys that don’t have a sound off option 😂😆

    Cool lightsaber

    It is hard to imagine that this is such a perfect lightsaber.It arrived yesterday and I have to say I was completely unprepared for just how awesome this thing was going to be.First off. it comes in a very nice package that is well padded and protected and shipped beautifully.The package included the charger, the directions, the tools, and the saber itself.The blade is made out of wonderfully strong polycarbonate and has a coating on the inside to make the light broadcast, meaning it comes from a single source rather than a LED strip.For the functions of the lightsaber1. It has 7 colors and can be changed freely2. Random splicing. Two lightsabers can be combined into a double-edged lightsaber3. The sound is very realistic, and the sound can be turned on or off4. The battery capacity is 1800 mAh, which is very durable5. Very beautiful packaging, very suitable as a giftThere is also a function, when you hit something with it, it will make the saber flash.The hilt is beautifully crafted from aluminum and has absolutely NO kibble whatsoever. Smooth and easy to fit in large dude handsTherefore, if you are looking for a great saber for yourself, I really recommend you

    A wonderful gift for Star Wars fans

    I got this gift for my brother for Christmas and he absolutely loved it. The sounds and color changes we on point and fun. The only issue is that the it wasn’t charging for some reason, and after about a week the light part of it stopped working (the power button was still lighting up though). My brother loved it so much, so we’re definitely going to exchange for a new one!

    Broke first day

    I honestly wish I could give a better review for this product as it looks very nice. The blade length is great, the hilts are nice to hold, it just lacks the durability to be used as a dueling saber. If the blades were made more durable, I’d easily change my rating to a 5 Star but I can’t in good conscience do that for the current product. More of a decorative piece than an actual fighting sword

    These things are freaking cool I wish they had these when I was a kid but even better we got them as adults, also if you buy these there is a liner of plastic in the inside that I took out AN IT MADE THEM BEIGHTER, but seriously don’t take it out I think I ruined the light from traveling through the whole thing. oh an charge them before you use them, read the directions guys. And another thing, they seem very durable just don’t go hulk on each other, if you do break it there is , not only a upgraded saber but only 30$ def worth the buy, now excuse me while I go welcome people to the dark side ✌️

    Lightsaber Letdown: Fragile Build and Charging Woes

    My recent purchase of a lightsaber left me thoroughly disappointed, as it proved to be a subpar product that failed to live up to even basic expectations.First and foremost, the build quality was shockingly fragile. The lightsaber, which should endure epic duels and play, succumbed to wear and tear almost immediately. The hilt and blade seemed poorly constructed, with parts loosening and, ultimately, breaking during regular use. A lightsaber should be a durable and long-lasting item, and this particular model’s inability to hold up under basic usage is a significant flaw.In conclusion, this lightsaber not only failed to endure the thrill of epic battles but also proved incapable of basic functionality by refusing to charge. With its fragile build and charging woes, it stands as a regrettable purchase that I cannot recommend to fellow lightsaber enthusiasts.     Very cool!

    My 11 year old grandson loves these! He even used them for a skit at school where they looked very impressive from the audience perspective. Very real looking with multiple color choices for the beam and cool sound effects, too. He takes care to store them in the box so they don’t get damaged. How often does that happen?! 😁

    Was initially disappointed because the sound stopped working after only a few uses but the seller got ahold of me immediately and offered to fix the problemThat was very nice. The sabers are fun and glad i purchased from a seller willing to fix any problems 👍🏻

    Broken, but they fixed it!

    Edit:after they broke I talked with customer service and they were very understanding and sent me a new pair of sabers of no cost, they have upgraded the sabers and they feel very solid now, I especially like the new paints matt texture on the handles, they even changed out the tip of the saber to be a denser plastic so it feels really nice to play withOriginal:broke immediately, I brought these to a halloween party and before I could even play with it all it took was a drop and now it has either a very weak or no green or blue led light, only red. These are not very durable and will not last through a battle. The saber on the right in the pic is on blue as you can see its not very bright anymore

    Excellent Light Saber – lightweight/multi color/usb-c charging

    Have tried several other light sabers and this one is by far my favorite. Sound affects occur when the light saber hits an object and also turns white, its possible to turn the audio off if needed and also remembers the last color when turning on.So far battery life has been great, used for around 2 hrs continuously and no problems with battery life.Light saber detaches from the handle (which is pretty lightweight compared to others), had not problems fitting in my checked luggage for travel with the handle detached and kept in my carry on (because of battery).Highly recommend.

    Child or training Sabers

    The handles are metal and well balanced, perfect for learning how to weld a lightsaber as you learn different sword styles or choreography. The blades are only 22 inches long so they are a short sword and not a full size closer to 36 inches. This is great for training is smaller places or for children just wanting a lightsaber made a little better than the toy ones found in your local stores. Over the sabers are very durable for clashing between two people and sounds and lights react to being struct. Down side is it has very few sound effects. Upside great for training or Ashoka short sword cosplay.

    Long lasting fun!

    My son received this lightsaber about 6 months ago and has enjoyed playing with it. It’s been realistic and long-lasting. It is made of durable material. We’ve owned other lightsabers in the past and they mostly broke after a few months of play.
